With over 20 years experience in high level retail, I have a proven record and expertise in networking and business development within Hawaii’s local, and main source retail markets from the Pacific Rim, including North America, Asia, Australia, Canada, China, and South Korea. Many of my key accomplishments focused on leading during difficult times, and I was often called on to manage start-ups, ownership and management transitions, re-starts, and other transformations for improved performance and sustainability. I love multitasking and using all of my technical skills, combined with my passion for talent development, to bridge gaps and help teams find their authentic best.
