I have a strong background in mental health and customer service. I am a very dedicated, dependable, reliable and self-motivated individual. While being a hard working team player, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and deescalating/crisis intervention skills, I also enjoy the challenges that leadership brings. Due to my concern with our clients comfort, I strive to grow continuously through education and training. By building those skills, I can satisfy my passion for the clients I serve. I also believe highly in professional growth, and the changes that a company may go through as their service landscape changes. I would like to not only participate in helping the lives of others, but be a leader and pioneer in what change might look like. I view the medical and social service field not only as a platform by which to use all my experiences and skills, but as a way to view the change I wish to see in the world.
