About Yolanda Marchal

I started my career as project engineer in an Automotive company where I acquired excellent technical skills in design and manufacturing of progressive tools and strong understanding of their associated costs, along with the ability to work to tight deadlines. I developed extensive knowledge in project management working closely with the production and quality departments to ensure that all products were produced efficiently, at high quality, in the right quantity and at cost and on time, to the satisfaction of the customer given that I was involved with full lifecycle through estimation, production and completion. Additionally, I coordinated with overseas suppliers to ensure that products were produced to specification. I have a degree in mechanical engineering and a previous background in the manufacturing industry brings currently in the construction sector an approach to ensuring integration of building engineering disciplines to reach the client’s defined objective in design and construction phases of a project. I has brought specific skills in observation, review, and reporting of site progress through documented procedures that lead to successful unit level validation of system construction. I take pride in achieving a high level of accuracy in my work and communication with contractors and suppliers in assessing compliance issues as they arise.
