About Yolanda Papin

I have been in the health industry off and on for 10 years. I started off going to school to become a medical assistant and actually ended up being hired at a Urgent Care in San Diego, CA. That was where I learned a majority of what I know today from phlebotomy, to doing manual blood pressures, doing health screenings and even learning how to read X-ray's. I even performed EKG's while working at the Urgent Care. Then I went on with my health career and working as a back office medical assistant for a Neuro doctor. I ended up going back to school and obtained my phlebotomy license. I just love a fast paced environment and one of my ultimate goals was to work in a hospital and especially with children. Today I am a great leader who manages all production within a hotel facility. I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department and entire inventory maintenance. I am patient teacher who always brings out the best in their staff. I am a detailed perfectionist that focuses on achieving company goals by not only emphasizing core values, but also providing proper safety and professional level customer service skills to my staff to protect the brand and motto expected by the corporate level leadership.
