I have 30 years of experience in Family Assistance with the Tennessee Department of Human Services beginning my tenure as a caseworker. I became FMD3 of the largest county in Tennessee, Shelby, in 2016. As FMD3, I lead a team of over 250 individuals responsible for building strong families by connecting Shelby County residents to employment, education and support services.
