About Yolanda Voogjarv

Over the past ten years I have grown to possess excellent sales and customer service skills. I am a McMaster University graduate and I am currently expanding my work experience in the Financial/Banking Industry. My education in Economics at McMaster University and University of Sydney, Australia has taught me invaluable skills in making sound financial and economic decisions, negotiating, determination, and self-confidence. Through this degree I have learned basic knowledge of Stata. I have also obtained a diploma in Executive Administration from Mohawk College where I learned to be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and keyboarding. To compliment my education, I have experience working as a Member Service Representative for FirstOntario Credit Union which has provided me with many financial and banking skills. I have also gained experience in many customer oriented positions which has enabled me to understand how to satisfy the needs of the customer and go above and beyond.
