With over 14 years of dedicated service in the Ontario Public Service, I bring extensive experience across a range of roles including Correctional Officer, Recreation Officer, Rehabilitation Officer, Crisis Negotiator, Mediator, Regional Lead, and Strategic Advisor. I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to public safety, equity, and organizational well-being. As a Positive Space Co-Chair and Executive Committee Member of the Ontario Pride Network, I have championed inclusive workplace initiatives and contributed to policy and culture shifts that support equity and belonging across the organization. My leadership is driven by a deep passion for alternative dispute resolution, restorative practices, and fostering psychologically safe environments. Specializing in mediation and the restoration of workplace relationships, I strive to create positive, inclusive work cultures through empathy, strategic insight, and a solutions-focused approach. I am a firm believer in the power of respectful dialogue, and I bring both practical frontline experience and strategic leadership to every challenge I take on.
