About Yolande Witter

I am a Contracts Manager Professional with more than 20 years of experience in areas including contract/proposal management, supply chain operations and logistics, material management, warehouse logistics support and communication, and all facets of supply chain management and support. In my most recent position, I served as a Consultant in Field Support Services for BC Hydro Burnaby BC from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that role, I served The Boeing Company, in Killeen, TX and Seattle, WA, from 2008 to 2017. A multinational US corporation, Boeing is the world’s leading manufacturer/supplier in Aerospace, Defense, Space and Security. As a Contract & Proposal Representative, I contributed to the company’s contract preparation processes, ultimately helping to enhance business negotiations and secure sales and revenue targets. Among many other accomplishments, I effectively managed contract proposals resulting in several hundred million dollars in contract award endeavors.Prior to serving in the position of Contract & Proposal Representative, I served the company for three years, successfully, in the role of Logistics Support Representative. Before working with The Boeing Company, I worked for Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR), in 2008, as Senior Logistics Warehouseman. Prior to that, I served in the US military as a Logistics Service Representative (from to 2007). In this role I supported the efficient and timely movement and storage of supplies, effectively utilizing automated and manual systems to track and order parts, and to account for property during overseas missions. Additionally, with strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, I am committed to developing strong business relationships with co-workers, staff, customers, and all levels of management.
