I have over nine years’ experience in customer service where I have learned how to exceed the expectation of customers; whether it is through face-to-face, email or phone interactions. My experience has also shown me the importance of retaining customers due to increased competition in the industry. As a result of this, I always focus and aim to understand exactly what a customer needs and approach every customer with enthusiasm and commitment. My knowledge of Customer Service enables me to provide the highest level of support and advice to customers. I can empathise, understand and be patient with customers, but at the same time be firm and professional when required. As a superb communicator, I have an energetic personality, polite verbal manner and professional tone of voice. To date, I have not only helped customers with queries, I have also been responsible for team delivery and operation plans; tracking performance and target measurements against departments standards. I am a quick thinker who is highly observant and who can remain composed when juggling several inquiries at once.
