My life focus is in developing a deeper understanding of life. In the process, I'd like to be a source of light to others and empower through sharing and educating. To witness increasing awareness in self and others is immensely gratifying to me. My work experiences include providing advisory support for supplements and diet, delivery of health seminars and product training, writing articles and material relating to nutrition, nutritional therapy consulting, aged care and teaching math. My life has shown itself to be a constant flow of learning that deepens understanding and growth. Having lived and worked in Singapore and Australia, I'm adept at working with people from diverse backgrounds and also fluent in both English and Mandarin.
