I am a Senior Reinsurance Technician at IPB Insurance, a leading mutual insurer in Ireland, with over 20 years of experience in the reinsurance, insurance and captive management sector. I hold a post-graduate degree in Investments and Financial Analyses (RBA) from the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Tilburg University in the Netherlands. My core competencies include contract review, captive insurance, and data analysis, which I have applied to multiple disciplines involving reinsurance treaties, pricing, contracts and risk assessment. I work with various stakeholders, such as brokers, reinsurers, and regulators, to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency of reinsurance operations. My mission is to provide high-quality reinsurance solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and members, while supporting the financial stability and sustainability of our organization. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I speak six languages, including Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, and Italian. I value teamwork, innovation, and integrity, and I am excited to bring my diverse perspectives and experiences to the IPB Insurance team.
