I am a graduate of Informatics Engineering from Universitas Pamulang with over 4 years of experience in IT, particularly in the banking sector. Currently, I work as a Jira Developer at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, where I am responsible for managing and developing ticket workflows, integrating Jira with other applications such as Confluence, Jenkins, Device42, and Bitbucket, as well as implementing Agile and SDLC systems in Jira projects. As a Jira Developer, I have expertise in implementing, configuring, and developing Jira, including cross-platform integrations using REST APIs to support project operational efficiency. I am proficient in using ScriptRunner, JMWE, and automation features to streamline workflows, such as creating custom workflows, validators, post-functions, and listeners to meet complex requirements. Additionally, I have experience in managing custom fields, automating notifications, and generating reports to support business decision-making. Furthermore, I possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an in-depth understanding of IT services and banking business needs. I am also skilled in SQL Server, with experience in data quality monitoring and management, troubleshooting, and documentation.
