During this time, he held numerous managerial positions in overseas subsidiaries, with responsibilities including the marketing of the company’s products in Japan, Europe, the U.S, and Southeast Asia, making substantial contributions to business growth. As Director of the American subsidiary, Nikken Printing Supply U.S.A, Inc, Yoshi proposed and implemented collaborations with printer and ink manufacturers aiming to expand globally, established multiple new businesses, increased sales at the subsidiary, and contributed to the reconstruction and dramatic growth of the business. Yoshi also restructured a Thai subsidiary where performance was struggling, and as Managing Director, the top position at the subsidiary, Yoshi handled managerial operations including performance management and HR management, expanding the scope of business, and successfully achieving a transition to positive profits. From January 2020 to October 2023, he served as General Manager of the Overseas Business Department at Showa Industries Co, Ltd. and worked in the supervision and management of overseas sales.
