I have total 14 years’ experience about Consulting Sales and MANAGEMENT overall business in Recruitment agency in Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Shenzen and Taiwan. and also 1 year experience in VIDEO EDITER in freelance. below is my masterpiece, please check it out! Student period I was born in Gifu prefecture, Japan. and I move to Tokyo to enroll Tama Univercity. I was into tavel abroad, my part time job at Harajuku GAP and photograph. I Held personal photo exhibitions 3times. During my university daysI wanted to change the world but in fact I only influenced my friends and acquaintances… I love to "inspire" prople, and "challenge" new enviloment, thus I tried to go a lot of places and held photo exhibitionsn as well. These sense "inspire""challenge" are always in my mind even now. 1st period of my career The reason why I choose HR industries for my first job is that I can "inspire" and support those who want to get and change jobs. After worked 6years in Tokyo, I became capable of influencing Japan Job seekers through business. I moved to next "challenge" and go out Japan with a Drone as a freelance. Almost nobody around me knows Drones 8yeas ago, I encountered that and started to shoot breathtaking scenery to express the amaging our life. In order to increase my infuluence, I wanted to get experience in different countries market and manage People with different backgrounds. and I succeeded to have opportunities to manage employees and expand the business. the begining I joined the company, we have only one branch and around 20 people, however I set up 2 new branch and increase 60 members. and also I had responsibility Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Taiwan business as well. Total 6 branchs and 100 employees. I have become someone who has influences towards the life of people living overseas. Unfortunately, we got big impact from Covid-19 and closed Hong kong and Shenzhen company and I could not avoide to give notice of dismissal for my staff.
