Youmeshwaree possesses an undergraduate degree in Law with Management, with more than 1 year of working experience, in the financial services. She has a good understanding of anti-money laundering laws, corporate laws, taxation laws, financial laws, business ethics and good governance. Youmeshwaree currently manages an entrusted portfolio of clients, consisting of domestic and listed companies. She attends to the regulatory and compliance issues, and makes statutory filings within the deadlines prescribed by the authorities. She is also responsible for KYC management & verification, and ensures good maintenance of the registers. Youmeshwaree also delivers timely reports for the board and committee meetings she attends, and is proficient in drafting of resolutions. She, in addition, provides other ad-hoc administrative and regulatory compliance duties, based on client requirements. Youmeshwaree has also led and managed bond registry programmes, by both listed and non-listed entities. She has also assisted on insolvency files.Youmeshwaree was awarded Grade A for her dissertation, in her cohort - Cyberlaundering (Money Laundering in the Cyber Space). She was also promoted to mid-senior level, within 10 months of joining her current employment, in view of her proven abilities and good performance.
