About Young Park

I'm a Senior Business Analyst at Transport for NSW, where I've worked across digital transformation, enterprise platform delivery, and organisational change in a large and complex government environment.My work sits at the intersection of business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and delivery. I spend most of my time translating poorly defined business problems into structured requirements, working across teams to align everyone before anything gets built and seeing solutions through from discovery all the way to go-live. That includes working directly with vendors on configuration and technical deliverables, leading UAT, and building the change management artefacts that help people actually adopt what's been delivered.I believe a good BA is the person in the room who is always willing to ask the obvious question that nobody else wants to ask. Assumptions are how projects go out of scope, lose direction, or get built for the wrong problem. My job is to make sure no stone gets left unturned, even if that means asking the question that feels too simple to say out loud.Some of the projects I've been involved in have been genuinely interesting, covering everything from ministerial compliance initiatives and AI-integrated digital forms, to enterprise tooling implementations and a full transition to product-based ways of working.
