Passionate about Inclusive and Sustainable Design initiatives. I encourage Design Resilience and Resilient Thinking to achieve a project's success and sustainability so that it may adapt for any obstacle that may occur during or after the project's completion. I am eager to set new trends that COVID-19’s impact has created as we move forward in our daily lives. My career has focused on commercial retail, multi-use residential condos, single and multi-family residential projects. Correlating with wood and steel structures. As a Design Manager (Project Manager/Project Architect) and Job Captain, I took on all roles of the project, from scheduling, client-consultant liaison, leading consultant teams, and leading meetings, to problem-solving, design, detail, and overseeing a project from concept to construction administration close out. My education and experience have provided me with a well-rounded set of skills to enhance my Construction and Technical Management abilities. Resulting in valuable input and analysis to projects with current skills and knowledge of today’s market demands and behaviors, critical issues, program, and computer technology, whilst being a great asset to the office and employees as a team leader. One of my goals is to master a wide range of disciplines to be the best I can in the field, and contribute in a beneficial way to the company that employs me and to society in general.
