Whether its building a DEI & B curriculum from the ground up, reimagining a learning program for 100K employees, or coaching and motivating a team of learning experience design professionals, I know how to assess, gather data and insights, formulate a theory of action, and partner cross-functionally to create innovative solutions. I have worked in learning and development for 13 years - as an individual contributor, a learning designer and a senior executive focused on learning and development, instructional design, learning experience design, product management, project management, and change management.
