Starting as a Delivery Specialist, I ensured that each customer's experience was exceptional, setting the stage for my future in the industry. Recognizing my potential, I transitioned to the role of Lease Portfolio Manager, where I honed my financial and customer relationship management skills. This position allowed me to understand the intricate world of automotive finance and leasing. My determination and dedication did not go unnoticed, as I was promoted to Floor Manager. In this role, I played a pivotal part in leading the dealership's sales team, coaching and guiding them to excel in their respective positions. It was during this time that I began to solidify my path towards upper management. My commitment to excellence and unwavering drive led to remarkable achievements. I earned numerous awards from Nissan, a testament to my expertise in promoting and selling their vehicles. What's more, I was honored multiple times with the prestigious Chairman's Club recognition at Auto Canada, ranking me among the top 30 individuals in the company for sales volume. Today, as the General Sales Manager, I oversee a highly successful used car department, leveraging my extensive experience to guide a dynamic team to even greater heights of success. My journey from Delivery Specialist to General Sales Manager has been marked by a passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
