As a CS Operations Manager at Amazon, I lead shares of customer service operations for three markets: UAE, Germany, and Australia. I oversee orgs with multiple layers of management and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives. I also execute projects at country and regional levels, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. I also have experience in launching sites within Amazon’s fulfillment network and building teams from the ground up to meet strategic level expansion goals for the business. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, and two minors in Logistics and Accounting from Mount Royal University. I have also obtained certifications as a Supply Chain Specialist and Manager from DHL Supply Chain, where I worked as an Operations Supervisor and a Systems Implementation Analyst.
