About Youssef Chemli

Graduate of HEC Montréal with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, my professional ambitions align with my passions:(1) technology, whose constant evolution brings new and unique opportunities and challenges every day, and (2) teaching, which I consider one of the noblest and most crucial missions of our time. Passionate about technology, I leverage my Bachelor’s in Business Analysis and Information Technologies, along with my knowledge of information systems and ERPs (especially SAP), to support teams in using digital solutions. I also apply my technical skills to help organizations adopt new practices and tools aimed at optimizing work processes. Teaching and designing training programs is a true passion of mine: sharing knowledge, guiding learners, and witnessing their progress motivate me daily, reinforcing my commitment to creating effective and human-centered learning experiences. Whether in pedagogy or andragogy, training must be as accessible as possible to its audience. In one sentence: we never stop learning. My expertise lies in designing tailored and intuitive solutions for every audience. In college, university and corporate environments, I have contributed to training projects and the simplification of complex concepts, always aiming to make everyday work easier and more efficient by putting people at the heart of my solutions.
