As a dedicated Health and Physical Education teacher and competitive swimming coach, I’m proud to be living the career I’ve always aspired to—educating, inspiring, and empowering students both in the classroom and in the pool. With a background in exercise physiology, nutrition, and athletic coaching, I bring a holistic approach to student development, emphasizing physical literacy, mental well-being, and personal growth. My greatest fulfillment comes from building meaningful connections with my students and athletes, understanding their unique needs, and guiding them toward their full potential. Whether it's developing inclusive lesson plans, coaching swimmers to their personal bests, or leading wellness initiatives, I strive to create a positive, challenging, and supportive environment where everyone can thrive. I remain committed to continuous learning, staying up-to-date with educational practices and training methodologies. My goal isn’t just to teach or coach—it’s to make a lasting impact on the lives of those I work with every day.
