As an End-to-End order-to-cash Sr Analyst for LEVANT - META, I oversee receipt and posting of cash receipts, manual/custom invoicing, and preparation of periodic reports – I am working with internal and external customers to help optimize the billing cycle and modernize the sales support. I used to be a trusted advisor for sales teams and operations to deliver a better experience to our Dell Technologies VMware portfolio throughout the whole cycle of offer-making to booking. I have successfully driven a pipeline with an annual revenue of +300 million USD for the Western Europe region, collaborating with various internal departments to close deals within established deadlines. I have also led two big rock projects by providing regular sales training and facilitating the delivery of technical trainings across the EMEA region. Prior to this, I was a Senior Product Specialist, and led the APOS business for KSA & UAE accounts for three years, where I achieved and exceeded sales goals with an annual revenue of +10m USD. Earlier, as an Inside Sales Representative, I achieved sales targets, worked with various teams for planning activities, and acted as a subject matter expert on all elements of the Services portfolio. Additionally, I have leveraged my skills in customer relationship management, relationship building, and purchasing negotiation to proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Dell Services.
