About Ype Hemstra

I am a software engineer educated in technical information technology and computer science. As a person I am involved, analytical, reliable, direct and practical and like to make (technical) software. I have extensive experience in software development, where I have worked a lot on (API) interfacing in recent years. I like to work on projects in a team, but I can also work independently. I am looking for a job where I can contribute to a concrete end product, because that gives me energy. I have done all stages of software development, from design to implementation and testing and documentation. Have been practicing agile programming and unit testing for a long time and since more than 10 years working with SCRUM. Experienced with the programming languages Java, Smalltalk, C, Python and Golang/Go. For the OS part I have experience with on Windows, Unix, Linux and MacOS. I am always looking for the technical best solution that solves the problem within the requirements and time limits. Specialties: Modeling, Object Oriented Design, Interfacing and connectors, API, Micro services: did as well design as implementing.
