About Ysabel Sukic

I am the current Department Leader for the Vancouver Community College Culinary Arts Programs, and I believe we offer unparalleled quality instruction, innovative curriculum, and industry relevance and standards. It’s a platform in which countless graduates have launched successful careers, and, like myself, were compelled to return and contribute valuable knowledge, skills and experience for the next generation of chefs. It is our greatest responsibility to maintain this standard of excellence and constantly raise the bar for the benefit of our staff, alumni, current, prospective and future students. I sit on the VCC Curriculum Committee, and currently am working with the faculty on program renewals.
