With over 15 years of experience in the high-tech market, I am a comprehensive global business leader who combines strong business savvy, entrepreneurship, general management and digital transformation leadership mindset. I currently lead the China Innovation Center and APAC Strategy for NI, Test & Measurement at Emerson, where I oversee the growth strategy, innovation solutions development and go-to-market execution for semiconductor, automotive, wireless and other high growth markets in the region, as well as manage the complex and high dynamic China market strategy. I have extensive experience in developing and implementing holistic business and go-to-market strategies and plans for global (direct reports more than 15 countries) and regional markets. I have also validated performances and experiences in key accounts management, new business development, and building solid network in industry ecosystem. As a Gallup-certified strengths coach and a DDI-certified facilitator, I am passionate about strategy development, leadership skills, organization planning, and coaching.
