About Yubbie Ogunbakin

A chartered accountant by profession, a first-class accounting graduate of Redeemer’s University and a holder of a master’s degree in finance from EDHEC Business School, I have been instrumental to clients’ ability to make sound investment decisions through the preparation of due diligence reports – for private equity, corporate clients and financial lenders. I have led successful teams to help clients, who are seeking to raise capital, with the preparation of marketing documents and with guidance through an organized process. With a driving force of a desire to make an indelible impact that transcends my job or career goals, I have had the opportunity to work in diverse industries including advisory, financial services and upstream oil and gas industries across continents where I acquired skills in financial analysis, financial reporting, business process review and documentation. When I am not working or studying, I am cooking up a delicious delicacy, spending time with family and friends or working on my dream to become a best-selling author. I have always enjoyed solving riddles, whether it's a word problem in high school mathematics, a sudoku puzzle or discovering and implementing improved ways of doing things in a client/organization’s business; and I still do.
