With a rich background in coordinating social projects, managing human resources, and a Master's degree in Social Work combined with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kadi University, Gandhinagar, I am eager to bring my extensive experience and diverse skill set to your esteemed organization. As a Project Coordinator at ARC Foundation, I have successfully managed projects related to solid waste management, student adoption programs, and environmental sustainability. Notably, my achievements include overseeing a solid waste management program in Adalaj village and preparing an innovative project proposal for solid waste management at the Border Security Force Headquarters, valued at 20 lakhs for 2 years. As an Associate at Chaturman Foundation, I collaborated with naturopathy and yoga experts to organize programs and awareness campaigns in health, nutrition, and education. My experience extends to psychological counseling, survey data collection and analysis, human resources management, and product marketing, gained through various internships. In my current role as a dedicated Project Assistant at GEMI, I orchestrate a variety of initiatives under the Mission Life banner. Notable achievements include the successful deployment of a Reverse Vending Machine during Navratri, resulting in the collection of 800 kgs of plastic bottle waste. At the Vibrant Gujarat 2024 event, I designed and managed an engaging Stall of GEMI with interactive games and a prominently featured LED display that tracked life pledges taken. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in managing the Start-up scheme under the Mission LiFE, overseeing proposal presentations, aligning evaluators, and managing the entire scheme successfully.
