Hello! My name is Yui, and I am a dedicated and results-driven professional with over 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry. I specialize in talent acquisition and retention management, employee engagement, corporate branding, and operational efficiency. My passion lies in connecting top talent with the right opportunities, fostering a positive work environment, enhancing the company's brand, and streamlining processes to boost productivity. I have a proven track record of being a key figure in the recruitment team, achieving hiring goals, improving employee retention, and supporting organizational growth. In 2024, I was recognized as the "Most Versatile Person" by the APAC global team. I am excited to connect with like-minded professionals and explore new opportunities for collaboration and growth. While actively engaged in recruitment activities, I am also a core member of two Employee Network Groups (ENGs) within our company. One is "OUTfront Japan," a community dedicated to creating an environment and society where sexual minorities can work authentically. Another is "Women@Capgemini," a community that supports the advancement of female employees working at Capgemini Japan. In my extracurricular activities, I have been playing pool for over 10 years, and in December 2024, I achieved a top 16 finish in a corporate team competition.
