Yuichi Sato is a Development Director and has joined Colt Data Centre Services in 2025 Prior to joining Colt DCS, he worked as a Director, Business Development at UI JAPAN. Prior to joining UI JAPAN, he worked as a Senior Manager of PwC Advisory LLC for 2 years, dedicated to FA for Real Estate and Energy/Utilities industry. Prior to joining PwC, he worked as a manager for Marubeni Corporation, where he spent 17 years engaged in the assignments as follows- Project Management of Domestic Residential Development Projects and Urban Redevelopment Projects (Acquisition of lands, Negotiation with adjacent people, Planning, Management of construction, Sales, Advertisement and JV discussion)- M&A to High-end Vessel-owning Companies such as LNG carriers, FSRUs, Shuttle Tankers, Platform Supply Vessels and Wind Turbine Installation Vessels (M&A, Market Analysis, Modelling, Establish SPC, Documentation and Management Vessel Operation)- Marketing about Chartering-out to Oil Majors and Utilities (Collection of Information, Making Relationship and Negotiation with Charterers)- Investment and Project Management to Overseas Real Estate Projects such as in India, South-East Asia and China (Market Analysis, Structuring, Modelling, Negotiation with Local Partners, Due Diligence, Documentation and Project Management) He also has a certification of First Class Architect-Japan, Certified Real Estate Broker and Urban Renewal Planner.
