About Yuji J.

Hey there, I'm Yuji. I’ve worked closely with executives, explaining technology and how strategic AI adoption at work can free up their teams to focus on what really matters.AI is everywhere, but most teams still don't know where to start. I help bridge that gap.I train executives and their teams to use AI at work: the practical tools, the real workflows that actually make a difference in their day-to-day work. No hype, no theory overload, no overwhelming jargon. Just hands-on training that gets people from "I've heard of Claude Cowork" to 10x ing themselves using AI everyday-As an ex AI ML engineer, what I kept seeing was that technology was never the hard part. The hard part was getting real people, with real jobs and real skepticism, to trust it and use it.That's what I do now. Whether your team is starting from zero or looking to go deeper, I build AI training programs that meet people where they are, and move them forward fast-What executives hire me for: Corporate AI training that's approachable and useful Practical, hands-on application-focused workshops, not theory sessions Custom programs built around your team's actual tools and workflows Turning AI skeptics into confident, productive users Ongoing support so the learning actually sticks-My background: Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, MLOps, LLM integration, and enterprise automation, across Python, AWS, SQL, and more-If you're thinking about upskilling yourself / your team on AI, let's talk: https://calendar.app.google/Ut8bL6UgR7f6rcXq7Or want to discuss about custom AI work or setting up GTM systems?
