Through technology, I continue to explore new frontiers in human development. Now Currently supporting organizational transformation at Japanese companies through HR digital transformation. I specialize in Talent Management × AI solutions, helping to create exciting future work experiences for employees. While respecting the traditional values of established Japanese companies, I'm always seeking new possibilities. This approach led me to establish a community for young SAP business professionals (JSUG Next-Gen Boost) and develop programs nurturing the next generation of HR leaders. Recently, I've been engaging in industry-academia collaboration, conducting university classes where students explore SAP's vision of future business.
