Currently working at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Company as senior manager of digital who manages 10 team members. Career Summary - I started career at small production agency in had produced direct selling tool for American home direct, ALICO, AXA, Sony Sonpo, insurance company- Transferred to MEMBERS, a young venture digital marketing agency. Experienced a many kinds of digital communication & businesses and got skills in which various roles including search special team building and managing- Then moved to MRM Worldwide of Inter Public Group. Experienced account supervising, producing and managing a local digital team for 5 years primarily in Johnson and Johnson worldwide and local digital project- Transferred to HAVAS Worldwide. Managing & producing B to B clients, mainly IBM and to acquire new digital projects. I also coached young digital human resources- Currently I am senior manager of digital experience for consumer & customers at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Company. I manage not only digital marketing but also everything which is necessary for digital experience of consumer & customer.
