Hi! My name is Yulia. I’m a passionate content manager, bringing over five years of progressive experience in content operations, strategy planning, and team development in the IT sector. My journey as a language professional has been deeply influenced by my Ukrainian heritage and a fervent interest in global affairs. Committed to the values of freedom, resilience, and creativity, I have managed content development that ignited new ideas, sparked reflection, and propelled growth. I successfully defined long and short-term content strategies for two African businesses, building pathways to commercial success and higher visibility. I hired and onboarded top writers and editors internationally to maintain high standards of generated content, as well as introduced internal processes, guides, and frameworks to ensure the accuracy, quality, and uniqueness of content. I set KPIs and drove performance evaluation processes to maximize work outcomes and retain the best talent. I’ve spent the past two years in a customer communications role, honing my skills in customer support and relationship building.
