My career has focused on transforming complex scientific insights into scalable, commercially successful products that deliver measurable value to customers and businesses. At BASF, I lead global initiatives in enzyme analytics, biophysics, and formulation. I built advanced analytical and biophysical platforms, integrated stability-by-design strategies, and implemented formulability assessments that accelerated product development and improved performance. My work has resulted in multiple patents, regulatory submissions, and successful product launches that strengthened pipelines and enhanced market competitiveness.
