With over 18 years of work experience in the bearings industry, I am currently the Vice President of Operations at WJB Group, a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of bearings and power transmission products. In this role, I oversee the operations of four business units across North America and Asia, managing a team of over 50 employees and ensuring the quality, efficiency, and profitability of our products and services. I also lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to expand our market share, diversify our product portfolio, and enhance our customer satisfaction. My core competencies include process improvement, new business development, team building, and leadership. I have a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Economics degree from Fudan University. I am passionate about the bearings industry and its potential to drive innovation and sustainability in various sectors.
