About Yuniawan Setyadi

Yuniawan has over 12 years of experiences in social studies, stakeholder engagement, CSR (corporate social responsibility) implementation and community development, for oil-gas, mining, power and infrastructure projects across Indonesia. The expertise in research methodologies also include in-depth interview, participating observation, Focus Group Discussion, skills in communication especially with local community and have the capacity to analyze problem sources in community. Yuniawan joined AECOM since the beginning of 2018 but has over 7 years of experience working for local organizations (i.e. ICSD, Penabulu, etc.) in related fields. Several of the projects that Yuniawan has been involved in AECOM are in compliance to international standards and requirements for social performance projects, including IFC PS, World Bank, ADB, AIIB and so on. Improving experience and expertise in some projects on Social Safeguard, Environmental and Social Assessment (AMDAL and ESHIA/ESIA), Land Acquisition and Resettlement, Community Development / CSR and related social studies and projects.
