I am a Product Manager and Product Designer originally from Brazil, now residing in Berlin and immersing myself in the German language. Following a career hiatus, and with a work permit already, I am actively pursuing opportunities to leverage my skills and experience in product management and design. With a strong background in both Product Management and Design, I have successfully led teams, developed innovative solutions, and mentored professionals in various stages of their careers. My experience spans across multiple industries, including tech, real estate, and retail sectors, where I was engaged in multidisciplinary teams, overseeing product lifecycles, and actively participating in the discovery, definition, creation, and validation of problems and ideas which has resulted in significant impacts, such as streamlining processes, reducing manual work, and improving user experiences. I also took the initiative to develop and maintain design systems, contribute to the progress of my team members' careers, and ensure the technical quality of their deliveries. By fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, I was able to facilitate the development of user-centric solutions and create a positive impact on both the companies and the people I worked with. I am confident in my ability to bring value to any company by offering a unique perspective, driving collaboration, and crafting user-centered solutions. I'm passionate about technology and interested in AI, In my spare time, I love to unwind by playing tennis and spending quality time with my cats. I believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and nurturing personal interests alongside my professional growth.
