About Yuri Sunun

As a bilingual Technical Project Manager with over 8 years of experience leading cross-functional IT initiatives, I specialize in delivering scalable solutions that bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. I’ve successfully led projects in CRM data migrations, custom application development, and infrastructure upgrades, often in highly regulated environments with dispersed, multilingual teams. My approach is rooted in agility and clarity. Whether managing a Salesforce to ServiceNow migration that saved $30K annually or driving a COVID compliance app rollout for 100+ staff, I focus on value delivery, risk mitigation, and proactive communication at every stage of the project lifecycle.I thrive in dynamic environments where I can wear multiple hats, guiding development teams in Latin America, mentoring junior PMs, coordinating post-launch support with helpdesk teams, and presenting project status updates to executive leadership.PMP candidateAgile and Waterfall hybrid deliveryTools: Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, AirTableFrameworks: ADKAR, Prosci, ITILLanguages: Fluent in English and SpanishI’m currently exploring Technical Project Manager or Program Manager opportunities, remote or based in the Seattle area, where I can help organizations scale operations, optimize systems, and bring clarity to complexity.
