About Yuriy Boyechko

I am the Founder and CEO of Hope for Ukraine, a leading nonprofit organization focused exclusively on delivering humanitarian aid to communities impacted by the war in Ukraine. Since 2016, and especially in response to the full-scale invasion in 2022, I’ve led efforts to provide life-saving support—including food, medical supplies, shelter, clean water, and power solutions—to some of the hardest-hit regions in the country. As a nonprofit leader, I bring deep experience in online fundraising, brand building, and social sector strategy. I’ve grown Hope for Ukraine from a grassroots mission into a nationally recognized humanitarian organization, earning top ratings from Charity Navigator and Candid for transparency and impact. Born and raised in Ukraine, this mission is personal to me. My work is rooted in a deep commitment to dignity, compassion, and real-world solutions in times of crisis. Every container shipped, every generator delivered, and every child helped is a step toward rebuilding hope.
