Sales Executive with national and international backgroung in Sales Management in Automotive Industry (Tier 1)- I am dedicated (20 years +) to business development (Order Intake) together with OEM customers from the nomination until start of production (SOP) with experience in products of Thermal Systems / Air Conditioning / Electronic and Wipers Systems- I deal with all areas in the customer such as Logistics, Quality supporting internal customers to solve problems like undue debts among others- I have huge experience expertise in negotiations to pass through cost increase due to exchange rate variation, raw material, labor, inflation among others (volume) with OEM customers optimizing profitability- I led the team for indexation contract negotiations with the customers, allowing a greater predictability of the regional operation- Managed and presented technical productivity plans with the customers in order to reduce the impacts of cost passthrough and optmizing the rentability- I prepared and validated with the Product Group the Budget and MTP (Medium Term Plan) of the region and led the team to the delivery of the objectives set annually.
