With a 19-year track record in the chemical and oil and gas industries, I’ve consistently delivered projects within financial targets, achieving over 95% accuracy in budget management. My proactive and meticulous approach to risk management ensures the seamless progression of projects from conception to completion. I encourage PMs to keep business objectives at the forefront of their decision-making process, ensuring their projects directly contribute to these goals. I view everyone involved in project execution as a partner working to achieve business goals- Manage the Void & Take Ownership: I emphasize the importance of "managing the void" – addressing the often-overlooked gaps and inefficiencies during transitions in processes. By focusing on seamless handoffs, clear communication and constant follow up, we maintain momentum and avoid the pitfalls of dead space.
