About Yusuf Asisi

Campaign operations and delivery specialist with 6+ years leading high-volume campaign delivery in the OOH industry. I currently lead a high performing team of 10, coordinating the full campaign lifecycle across multiple systems and stakeholders, and I'm at my best keeping complex, fast-moving operations running accurately and on time. Some of what I've delivered: I delivered an £18M, two-year McDonald's campaign (the largest in the company's history at the time), doubled my team's delivery capacity within six months by streamlining workflows, and introduced KPI improvements that were adopted department-wide. I work daily across Salesforce and CRM systems, dashboards, proximity and internal AI tools, with a strong track record in process improvement and stakeholder coordination. I'm currently exploring new opportunities in campaign operations, project/PMO coordination, and delivery-focused roles, ideally London-based and hybrid. Always happy to connect with people in the OOH, media, and project delivery space.
