My professional journey began even before graduation, as I took on the role of a part-time analyst at the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office. Over the course of four years, I have had the chance to work and collaborate in diverse teams. I honed my skills in a high-stress work environment, consistently meeting sharp deadlines. I have also demonstrated my adaptability and leadership skills by working on various projects and taking the lead in some of them.My career trajectory led me to Roketsan, where I have been dedicatedly contributing for over two years. At Roketsan, my primary focus has been on designing and implementing HR software solutions. This experience has equipped me with the ability to analyze end-user needs, translate these requirements into software features, and rigorously test solutions through well-defined scenarios. I have a proven track record of successfully completing user acceptance tests and overseeing the seamless transition of software to production environments.In addition to my technical skills, my experience has instilled in me a deep understanding of project management.
