Follow up of main suppliers like; Sandvik, Atlas Copco, Normet, Cubex, Cement, Grinding Balls, Rock bolts etc. Monthly purchasing between 150k$-200 k$. 2006-2010 Cost Control Engineer ( Since August 2006 ) Responsibilities : The preparation of the Operating and Capital Budgets (30m$), Analyzing the Costs and also preparing Mine Department periodical reports in a timely fashion (Weekly & Monthly & Yearly). Directing the Mine Operation Program (MOP) & MICROMINE - Pitram Administrator and conveying necessary information to SAP. Completed Projects: • Designing of MOP ( Mine Operation Program) with EFES Software company and completing the implementation project, 2007 • Ore pass dust suppression system project, 2010 • MICROMINE - Pitram implementation with Grade control, shift planner & HR Modules, 2011 2011- Cost Control Engineer & Contractor Coordinator & Pitram Administrator. Responsibilities : Additionally Coordinating of Mine contractors. Preparing monthly payment of Contractors. Follow up of constructors training as per CBI rules.
