I also led the launch of new HR-related services, building expertise at the intersection of business operations and human resources. Leveraging this hands-on business experience, I later transitioned into HR leadership roles. In 2018, I joined Bengo4.com, Inc. and was appointed Executive Officer in charge of Human Resources in 2020. I led the entire HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, organizational development, and HR system design, building an HR structure that supported the company’s growth to over 500 employees. In 2019, I co-founded Jigyojin, providing executive development and organizational consulting to multiple companies. Since October 2023, I have been serving as VP of Human Resources at Shippio, Inc, a startup aiming to transform the trade and logistics industry — a key social infrastructure sector. I focus on closely connecting business and organizational growth, supporting both people and the organization as the company scales.
