About Yusuke Hori

With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, I have built a full-stack career spanning both upstream and downstream processes—from roles such as consultant and researcher to hands-on open-source engineer. Currently, I serve as a Manager in the Data Consulting team within Kyndryl’s Consulting division. In this role, I lead initiatives that help clients integrate and organize their data to enable AI adoption and data-driven transformation. My team consists of skilled data scientists and consultants, and I am responsible for managing and supporting them to ensure the success of their projects and deliver high-value outcomes for our clients. I excel at tailoring solution proposals to align with each client’s perspective, technical literacy, and business priorities—helping them clearly understand and embrace the value of the solution. My expertise covers a deep understanding of core SaaS platforms, networking and API technologies, and open-source systems. In particular, I specialize in marketing technologies such as Marketing Automation (MA), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), web personalization, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
