About Yusuke Ito

After graduating from the Department of Information Science, Faculty of Science, Tokyo Institute of I joined NTT Data a Japanese system development company, in 2002. After working as a programmer, system engineer, and salesperson in the financial/corporate/public sectors, I launched a new business through the company’s internal venture system. In 2008, I joined a Japanese advertising agency, and was in charge of digital marketing as a salesperson. In 2013, I was seconded to Hakuhodo DY and worked on the development and operation of systems in the digital marketing field at the Marketing Technology Center. From 2016, I researched the use of blockchain technology in the media, content, and communication fields. From 2018, I developed seven blockchain services in collaboration with various ventures at Hakuhodo’s Business Development Bureau. In 2020, I launched the Japan Content Blockchain a general incorporated association to accelerate the digital transformation of Japan’s content industry across industries. As a representative director, I am promoting open innovation based on blockchain technology through co-creation with member content companies.
