So far In my career, I’ve had the fortune to manage and direct sales teams, set and reach KPIs, and write and lead training seminars for CRM and SAP programs. I was also trusted by my managers with the responsibility of financial reports, business negotiation, and employee recruitment. I'm highly motivated, and passionate, with more than 17 years of experience in customer-facing roles. Proven ability in bridging gaps between customer and product to enhance customer satisfaction and lead to increased retention. Adaptive to changing environments and new technologies, with an ability to keep the big picture in mind and use the resources available to me to further improve the organization’s success. I believe that human communication and the ability to resolve conflicts are crucial for success. Everyone can thrive and grow given the right opportunity, it’s motivation and willpower that will get you there.
