With over 15 years of experience in general services and human resources management, I am specialized in supporting organizational transformation, implementing administrative, financial, and HR processes, and managing cross-functional projects and advising senior management. Currently, I work at Hôpital Riviera-Chablais (HRC), a leading regional hospital in Switzerland, where I provide services, support, and optimization in the financial, HR, administrative, and contractual areas of the medical direction. I hold a master's degree in public administration, a CAS in health systems governance and I am a Certified HR specialist. I have several certifications in coaching, participatory dynamics, and emerging change. I leverage these skills and knowledge to foster collective intelligence and participatory dynamics in my work, and to drive change, engage teams, and strengthen the organization. I have successfully coordinated procedures in hospital planning, highly specialized medicine recognition, federal and cantonal consultations, and development and analysis projects. I am also experienced in leading transversal services, such as administration, personnel, finance, and controlling, and being part of the management committee.
